Functions & Packages

At the Gourock Golf Club we have hosted various events and private functions such as; birthday parties, christenings, baby showers, afternoon teas, funerals, engagements and weddings. We always try and make each function bespoke to our guests’ wishes. If you’re a member of our club, you are entitled to free hall hire (see below for restrictions, please note we do not ask for hall hire for funeral bookings (unless on weekends) or bookings with less than 50 people). We ask for £100 refundable deposit with all function bookings including member functions, which is to cover any damage that may occur, and this is returned to you after your function if there is no damage.

 

At the Gourock Golf Club we offer a range of food options for functions:

Hot or Cold buffets

2 or 3 Course meals

Afternoon Tea/Funeral Package

Hall Hire (for events of 50+people)

 

Weekdays (Mon – Thurs)

Half or Full Day (12pm–6pm or afternoon until close)

No hall hire fee.

Half Day (12pm–6pm or 6pm–12:30am)

Full Day (before 5pm–12:30am) or 7+hours

As stated earlier, we do not ask for hall hire for funeral bookings (unless on weekends) and likewise for most charity events.
